the wilsons meat packing plant is an abandoned building in Cedar Rapids.
I had the chance to sneak in there and make some photos with craig
I think they burnt it down.

Char, I love it! I am officially hooked….I just started painting. I’m working on a 7×3 ft canvas for my bedroom now. Me thinks me needs an art website too!
Comment by Keely August 5, 2009 @ 8:39 pmthat factory totally burned down. The fire lasted four days and they basically just let it burn. I havnt been back since, but plan on going this fall once its not so hot and air isn’t quite as nasty humid. I don’t like breathing the air there.
